Has Toyota ever issued a bulletin or field campaign for a trans problem with forward & reverse

if the pan is full of metal the clutch hub splines are probably stripped. pressure test main pressure and pack pressure, if ok you can pull the valve body and engage the clutch with air pressure through the holes in the gasket flange, if the hub still turns.......
