Toyota model 5FBE20

Chaged out display. Now Pump motor will not come on. Reset the C1,C2,C3. No help. Have 37 volts to motor. Contactor closes. Any ideas would really be appreciated. When the key is switch on 13 shows on display

Is it in lift interrupt. Because you need to change the battery voltage setting in the display from 48 volts to 36 volts?
