Toyota 8FGCU25, serial 41823

This new toyota does not have the display to acces the dtc or calibrate the speed.
I need to slow down this machine. How can I acces.

If you don't have the display with the buttons on the bottom than I think that the only way to do any setting is with the hand held analyzer. Even with that you may have to use the wheel diameter setting to fool the display into thinking it is going faster than it is.
