Hi thanks all you, if there are some way to lower on the setting it may be good to make a test and see what happen. but it is a good point the battery voltage because i read sometime less than 47 volt. the only setting that i can see on the service mode is 48 to 36 or 36 to 48 but i going to take a look more close on the setting, the model is 7FBCU25 toyota

What model is this? Isn't 7FGCU a gas/lpg truck? Don't the newer electric trucks have scr controled hydraulic pump motors? Is that working ok?

As the battery drops in voltage, current increases. If the contactor is suppose to see 48 vdc, and the battery is only supplying 46.5 volts, the contactors will not pull in as tight.

This sloppy connection on the contactor tips means resistance. More resistance w/ greater current results in heat, then burnt tips

I know I get real hot when I meet alot of resistance, thats because I have alot of patience, mostly very short, but none the less, alot of patience.

For what ever reason, the contactor tips are not making good connection, or the hydraulic pump(s) it is operating is, tired and dragging, causing excessive current flow
