Hey Guys,
This lift will not travel and will only steer to the right. Have checked multiple wires and have not located a break yet. Please help with code and any other suggestions for repair. Thanks. E-mail is in my profile.

Just to give an update on this machine, the Power Head Card was bad. Had it rebuilt and everything is working fine. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help, we took the main control card and installed in a known good running machine and had no problems. We think the power head card is bad so we sent it to Flight Systems to have them check and possible repair. Thanks for the help.
I believe that the main card sends the signal to power head card and the power head card supplies the current to the motor. I usually use the laptop to diagnose, I think that you are looking for current flow. The other way is to put in a known good part and see if it works.

We swapped with same unit and the card, motor and gear box check good. We found another card, steer power head card. How does this affect the main steer card and how would you troubleshoot. Thanks for the help.
I ran into this once and it ended up being a STM card. They are known for going.
