Discussion:
to all the staff at forklift action in Brisbane..

As finn_r stated in a different thread;
to all the staff at forklift action in Brisbane, we hope you are well,safe and sound.
Please let us know, and if you can post pictures, please do so.
We all like to see the struggles our friends endure, once everyone is safe and sound and we can look back and be glad we are not going through that.

Thanks to everyone who expressed concern. All of us at Forkliftaction.com are fine, our offices escaped unscathed and all of the staff were spared from loss and damage.
The flood was very selective, and while some areas have been devastated, even in the pockets of destruction, some homes and businesses were spared.
Our city is on the recovery path and the outpouring of volunteer assistance has been nothing short of amazing.
We will obviously be reporting on the impact of the flooding on the forklift industry, with a number of key players located in the worst-hit areas.
Again, thanks for your support - and please dig in and support one of the many charity drives already under way.

This site is also a very interesting reference. abc.net.au/news/infographics/qld-floods/beforeafter.htm
just copy and paste and add the http part and www. before it and you can see before and after photos of some affected areas.

We trust and hope our government has & will provide assistance to help our allies from "Down Under", as the "Aussies" have always supported the US in the various "affairs we have been involved.
Best wishes to all and "God Speed." to all those affected by this catastrophe.
