tilt is not working upward - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Yale GLC050:
tilt is not working upward

Changed the control valve and now the tilt is not working when trying to tilt up. It moves for a second then stops. All other functions work. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Yeah just the rod in the spool.

I had that once after a rebuild on a clark spool valve assy. May not be your problem but something easy to try.

Disconnect the handle and turn the spool 180?

Try turning the tilt rod in the spool 180 degrees
