Hello friend!
could you contact me?

I think you will find that any NACCO product (Yale or Hyster) uses a different eprom in the programmer as we have had the same problem with Hyster PPT's.
I am looking for the manual ZAPI DUAL AC2 & HP
Ill give that a go next time im working on the truck.
No we never got "no communication" but the chopper no ok is pretty common place
Cheers
HI Andrew
I have had this error code pop up when bench testing some new model zapi controllers. However you should be able to still access the control system with this error display. When switching the key on keep your fingers on the 2 buttons on the left or the 2 on the right on the console i am not too sure, but will allow access into the system.
I assumed it was reading alarm no communication, which is what tends to happen when the software does not match the one in the controller.
The truck works fine but we'd like to read the errors off the controller, I know you can get them off the dash but it would be nice to get into the controller also
Hand held programmer displays "chopper no ok" we seem to get this message quite regularly (on different trucks)
We assume its a software mismatch between controller and hand held, The hand held does connect to some of our trucks (we dont have many with zapis) but i had it connected to a rocla last week and it was fine
Could it be that the handheld consoles are not communicating due to a controller fault? As the yale Zapi units should communicate with standard Zapi consoles, its just the ones Like Cesab, Crown etc which are usually handheld console specific.
Yale ERP 2006 model,
Sorry dont know exact model at the minute
Hi Andy
