What is the recommended Hydraulic Oil to use, and how difficult is it to change the rod seal on the main vertical lift cylinder?

We bought out T40E for cheap and think it has had a lot of work done to it=/ What oil did you use? Also where is the cap for it located on your lift? Thank you!! David

I have the oil thing figured out, but now I'm looking for a seal kit for the cylinder and a few helpful hints on changing the cylinder seal.
