Hello everyone, I'm new here. I have 2 Hyster forklifts. It would be nice to have a list of all the fault codes for refrence. However my curent issue is fault code 524225-0. It stops the trucks forward momentem and comes up on the display. Along with "truck disabled". If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. swap the forward and reverse pressure valve for diagnostic or replace the forward pressur valve
There is no 0202 fault code. Recheck the code.
Hi , everyone I just need your information that my forklift Hyster had an error code 0202 and transmission signal showing on the display and it will work just for seconds and will turns off automatically, do you think the transmission was the issue or sensor ? ,Thank you in advance
I change the pressure sender and I resolve the problem!

This is probably a sensor failure. Forward pressure 2 high. The service manual is expensive, but it has all the codes and troubleshooting info. Probably a good investment with two trucks.
have you changed the transmission oil and filters? including the one at the bottom plug?
Just wanted to know if you had an answer on this , I m having the same problem , if you had an answer , please let me know
