heating problem

hi i have a over heating in three of my trucks, in the lifting sistem, do you know some tecnical coment about this or a modificacion about,thanks

are these units straight contactor operated or are they chopper equipped? if you're not sure post the serial #s. what exactly are you refering to as (overheated) what are the symptoms or codes. is the pump running constantly when battery is plugged in?

i did every thing that every body told me but my problem is there too and the over heating is blocking tthe sistem and tthe truck is not working ok. have any body forget something to do

great advice Prentice. the only things i might add are battery condition / charge and check the cables under the battery.

Change the internal hydralic filter and check for colasped suction hyd lines.
