Why Battery Chem?
"Battery Chem" will help in removing sulfation and at the same time give the battery a longer life. By using our chemicals and recharging the batteries, further testing of the reconditioned units shows that the specific gravity and cranking amps continues to improve. And with successive charging during usage they improve even more. Our additive slowly improves the batteries in cars that are being driven daily. The additive continues to dissolve and prevent the formation of acid crystals, so it keeps plates and separators clean and in good working condition.
General Automotive Applications:
Fleet Vehicles
Construction Golf & Utility Solar & Back Up
Agriculture Fleet Vehicles Warehousing (Forklift)
Medical Solar & Back Up Recreation
Marine Golf & Utility Emergency Vehicles

Yes they are and the sell parts directly to customers at the same price as they do resellers.
Sam,
I'm assuming (bad thing to do!!) that you know Cargo tech is the US Moffett dealer - last I knew it was the only place to get Moffett Dealership support. (800) 852-2331
Thanks. I'll try the factory again, hoping to find someone else that's more help. The $300 was for the full shop manual that I assume has the parts number references. Will post again if I need help. Appreciate your response.
Not really.
Over here Moffet tend to supply direct
we,have never been involved with them
A parts book at those prices seems expensive
Have you tried the factory directly,
If you are really in trouble I will try some of my friends over here and see if anyone has something you can use
Thanks for introducing MacBat. We sought out many rejuvination devices, none of which restored batteries in a significant manner.
Since you're in Ireland, do you know of a good source for Moffett truck mount fork-lift parts? Here in the US I'm being quoted over 300 USD for a shop manual ! I need a parts manual surely, though have not found one freely distributed on the Internet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Duo Regen I believe is something similar but it relies on chemicals which worries me a bit.
I have experience of MacBat and can say with honesty that it works,
They are from Sweden , Contact them and you won't go far wrong.
Ever heard of Duo-Regen? I saw their advertisement in a magazine and they can extend the ilfe span of forklift batteries. Is this possible?
Danny
Used to be very expensive but still worth every penny. They were handled by Barlow World one time !!!!!!!!!! that explains that.
Now I think that you can buy them direct in the UK I believe that the price is now about 15K Sterling but don't hold me to that.
Look them up on the Internet --- Honestly for sulphation they work. More importantly you get exact information on the battery condition so you don't have to take a chance, or if you do at least it is a calculated one.
If you have any trouble getting info I will find a contact in Sweden for you
I am away for the next 10 days but if you want to contact me on ndamery at trident dot ie I will help you on my return.
Rgds
How much is a macbat machine?
A Damaged Battery cannot be revived but those that are sulphated certainly can. I would be skeptical of additives but I have seen incredible results with the Swedish "Macbat" Machine, Ok I am biased as we have one ourselves but they work.
The Battery manufacturers would love you to believe otherwise but then how unbiased are they.
Imagine if Engine Manufacturers could convince everyone that engines cannot have Service or Oil Changes and you just throw them away when they stop !!!! How lovely that would be for them ----- now in a way the battery folk have gotten away with something similar.
Never throw away a sulphated battery without putting it on a Macbat Machine or something similar.
how would one question a "yugo" owner? surely they would exersise their right to remain silent. answers to questions like: a wife asking "does this make me look fat" or were you at "woodstock" should summarily be dismissed as false.
danny k is Spot on, on both accounts.
Dead is dead. If you want to buy cheap, remember you only get what your pay for, ask all those Yugo owners.
Good batteries and China do not go together!! And no there is no way of reviving dead batteries, there are plenty of companies that claim they can do it but once a cell is sludged up with sulphate it does not matter what ''magic pills or soulution'' or what you hook it up to.
