Hi, looking for advice on a Crown FC250, Sno. 9A102251 1997.
Fault is there is no drive, hydraulics or power steering, the battery charge indicator on the display is at the bottom with the orange segment lit but the battery is fully charged at approx 49volts. I have done some investgaion and found there is no 10v(battery charge indicator circuit?) from the traction controller to the hydraulic interuptor, bypassing this gives you hydraulics but no pas. Is the battery charge condition monitored from the dashboard display or the traction controller?, there appears to be 3 can lines between the display and the traction logic.
Any ideas as ths is the first Crown I have worked on.

OK, fuse fu-1 checked and found to be fine, continuity ect, swapped with another and fault still the same. We have hydraulics due to the fact we have bypassed the interrupt circuit, does this add anything?.

Check FU-1 fuse for continuity. Physically remove the fuse from the panel,and test it. Pull on the ends,and make sure it's not burnt into.
OK, CA208-1 is battery voltage,
CA208-2 is 37v.
Does this help?.
I think that that the battery indicator on the display showing a heavily discharged battery is a clue here but I am not familiar with this system.

Check the voltage at the Distribution PC Board, CA208-1(+Battery volts after Keyswitch) and CA208-2(+Battery volts from Accel. Switch to TB11-2). The Accelerator Switch also feeds + Battery voltage to both FW and RV switches via CA204-4,from the dist. PC Board.
Voltages measured and found to be....
TB11-1Acc 1 v off, 0.3 full
TB11-2Brake 37v
TB11-3Seat Battery volts-ok
TB11-4Key Batterv volts-ok
TB11-5fwd 16v
TB11-6rev 16v
Something not right with the voltages other than the seat and key, any advice on where to look next?.

I think elektrodrive is referring to TB11,which are the six screw terminals on the SCR card.
TB11-1= Accelerator input 3.5 V off position 0V @ Full Throttle
TB11-2= Brake input (+ Battery volts)
TB11-3= Seat Switch input (+ Battery volts)
TB11-4= BV after Keyswich input (+ Battery volts)
TB11-5= Forward Switch input (+ Battery volts when forward is selected)
TB11-6= Reverse Switch input (+ Battery volts when reverse is selected)

it does have the EV100 controller, I cannot find the connector TB2 but now have circuit drawings for this truck. Please have you more information on the location of the connector.

What voltage have you got on TB2? Its the screw terminal connectors..I am guessing this has an ev100 controller?
Try cleaning the A,B,Y,and Z plug connectors with some contact cleaner. Make sure it's plastic safe cleaner. Some contact cleaners will melt the plug connector housings.
