Combilift C6000:
Proxy sensors not getting power, forward solenoid stuck on

We have a 2022 C6000 combilift. The combi will not change direction or drive. The foward solenoid on the valve bank is constantly on. None of the proxy sensors light up when changing direction on the toggle. When testing on the plc board the proxy sensors do not turn on, but when testing all other functions on the plc board they light up.

Hi Nic,
Not sure of the specific issue, but Combilift have a dedicated Technical Team covering North America. If you still need support, you can complete a quick technical support form at the bottom of the main combilift.com web site or direct link https://warranty.combilift.net/technical-support-form/. The form only asks for the minimal info so the team can quickly help you. There is no login required and no charge for this support.

The North America Team will be back to you quickly. Hope you get sorted quickly.
