Linde H16T:
LINDE H16T alarm light

Hello. I have a problem with the Linde H16t-03 350. The alarm light flashes. The machine does not start. In the controller, a relay can be heard that switches on and off intermittently. Thanks to this relay, if I connect the truck doctor, it does not display any errors. I can't navigate through the computer menu. I have the impression that when initializing after I turn on the ignition, the computer keeps resetting. Also, the throttle coil does not engage. If I operate it manually, the engine starts but the forklift does not work. Even after this forced start , in the controller you can still hear that relay, a sign that it is broken. Do you have any idea where the problem could come from. Have you encountered this defect before.?
Thanks
Gabi

Check the speed sensor on the flywheel
Check for right clearance and check ring gear teeth

I measured the connection with the chassis at several points. It doesn't seem to have any problems. I didn't try to forcefully close the relay.

Low voltage issue , first check all grounds especially the brown wires to engine etc
Then the positive wires you definitely have a voltage issue remove and tighten all ground connections

Have you checked for a bad earth?

Have you tried taking the relay apart and manually closing it with your fingers?

I replaced the starting battery, I checked the fuses, the socket. When starting, the voltage does not drop much. I would be interested to know why it reacts like this and the computer interrupts the connection.
The noise of the relay on the board computer, that engages and disengages only stops if I remove the plug from the brake electrovalve. But even so I still can't connect to the computer with the truck doctor

Sounds like a low voltage issue to controller
I would start by checking voltage drop across battery then look at connections, fuses and relays
I had an older one that the negative cable was corroded and that caused a low voltage issue
Battery will show 12-13 volts until you turn on key then drop to 9-10 volts which is not enough when trying to start

Id look at the potentiometer on the accelerator pedal first.
