HAWKER PTO0M3-48C-180Y:
password needed

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a brand-new charger, but when I connect it to my 48V battery, it doesn't seem to recognize the battery. Additionally, when I try to change the settings, it prompts me for a password. Can anyone offer some assistance?
