Linde H50D (394):
control valve

control valve is not working on "mast down ". All functions are working as suppose to.Mast UP is good ,but down is not being able to lower it.Initially spool was damaged and bypassing (still working), after re-chroming and resizing spool
customer reinstall valve and now doesn't work. Electrical signal is going to coils and coils are ok. Is there pressure sensor some were ? I can't get my hands on hyd. schematic. Any help will be much appriciated.

Is the mast elevated? If so and it won't lower it sounds like it is a problem with the velocity fuse which is located at the base of the cylinder behind the hose fitting. If the mast in elevated and won't come down then you will have to jack up the mast to take the pressure off the cylinders and it should come down.
