Hyundai 45D-9:
Forced regen procedure

Customer has a seldom used Hyundai 45D-9 that is in derate. Codes are for def temp abnormal and def quality bad plus operator induced issue. Nobody available on site to ask but likely it was shut off when auto regen was going. Dash switch for regen does nothing. Can I force a regen or do I need dealer software? No user manual or online generic help so I'm asking here. About 2 years ago this unit had 6k worth of def parts replaced for similar issues.
