Liittoral Translation

Hello, I get two faults in the linde l14 series w411 stacker of the year 2017, they are the L405 and L232, can anyone help me? thank you

L405 Mast lifting is active but it is not allowed to

LAC Lift L405

Description
Mast lifting is active but it is not allowed to

1) Mast lifting is considered as "active"... at "Li"-trucks: [X1:11 - X1:31] > 5V... at "sLi"-trucks: ["+" of powerpart - "Li" of powerpart] > 5V
2) The reason why mast lifting it not allowed to be active is bitwise coded in additional data 1
3) The time condition for each bit is the value displayed at additional data 2 plus certain tolerances
Bit 0: Tiller in horizontal rest position (Pathfinder >> Monitoring >>Traction >> Tiller Foot Poti >> "Status Of Tiller" = 3 )

Bit 1: Tiller in vertical rest position (Pathfinder >> Monitoring >>Traction >> Tiller Foot Poti >> "Status Of Tiller" = 2) and creep speed switch not pushed (Pathfinder >> Monitoring >>Traction >> Creep Speed Switch >> Status Of Creep Speed Switch != 1)

Bit 2: Tiller in any rest position (Pathfinder >> Monitoring >>Traction >> Tiller Foot Poti >> "Status Of Tiller" = 1) and creep speed switch not pushed (Pathfinder >> Monitoring >> Traction >> Creep Speed Switch >> Status Of Creep Speed Switch != 1)

Bit 3: Belly button is pushed (Pathfinder: Monitoring >> Traction >> Belly >> "Status of Belly" == 2)

Bit 4: Mast lifting/lowering command (Pathfinder >> Monitoring >> Lift >> Mast Command >> "Status of Mast Command != 6") and rear mast lifting/lowering command (Pathfinder >> Monitoring >> Lift >> Rear Mast Command >> "Status of Rear Mast Command != 6" ) are both not in "mast lifting position"

Bit 5: If using "double stacker"-mode configuration (Pathfinder: Parameters >> General >> Current Settings >> "Stackermode = 1")

1) Mast forks are above height limit and initial forks are not down (X1:23 > 7,2V). At "double stacker" -mode the mast lifting above the height limit is allowed only when the initial forks are down

2) If using "standard stacker"-mode configuration (Pathfinder: Parameters >> General >> Current Settings >> "Stackermode = 2"). Automatic initial lowering is not active. At "standard stacker"-mode the initial forks must always be lowering while mast lifting is active.

About the height limit:

If the mast is equipped with digital sensors: The height limit is defined by the location of the sensor, usually at 1500 mm or at 1800 mm. If the truck is equipped with a Lift Height Sensor: The height limit is 1800 mm, according to development of 26-Apr-2018. The defintive height limits in series trucks may differ.

Bit 6: not used

Bit 7: Mast lifting commands have not been released at least one time after key-on. (Pathfinder >> Monitoring >> Lift >> Mast Command >> "Status of Mast Command != 6") and (Pathfinder >> Monitoring >> Lift >> Rear Mast Command >> "Status of Rear Mast Command != 6")

Conditions of occurrence
---

Result
Immediate deactivation of all functions (brake, traction, lift pump, valves, main contactor, safety relay, castor wheels, FAN)

Possible causes
Bit 1: Reasons may be: Bouncing creep speed switch signal

Bit 2: Reasons may be: Bouncing creep speed switch signal and/or bouncing tillerfoot switch signal X1:33

LAC Lift L232

Description
Lift pump error or pump contactor(K2) error (if present)

Bit 0: Measured voltage over lift pump motor(*) is higher than setpoint voltage to lift pump motor. (*) If a pump contactor(K2) is present (on OPX/N20C-range): Voltage means voltage over lift pump AND pump contactor. All error description applies not only to the lift pump but equal righted to the pump contactor too !

Bit 1: Setpoint voltage to lift pump motor is higher than measured voltage over lift pump motor.

Concerning bits 0 and 1:

1) "Setpoint voltage" = (voltage at "+"-pin of powerpart) * (PWM setpoint for lift pump motor)

2) "Measured voltage" = (voltage at "+"-pin of powerpart) - (voltage at "Li"-pin of powerpart)

3) Variable time condition:

100msec: if pump NOT commanded

1000msec: if pump commanded with PWM

Conditions of occurrence
---

Result
Immediate deactivation of all functions (brake, traction, lift pump, valves, main contactor, safety relay, castor wheels, FAN)

Possible causes
Bit 0: Reasons may be: Powerpart damaged, coil of lift pump motor damaged, wires to lift pump motor cut or shortcut to GND, AIR in hydraulic circuit, brushes worn. Or secondary (contacts) side of pump contactor not closed or according fuse is blown (compare T349). ("Measured voltage" > "setpoint voltage" + 3V)

Bit 1: Reasons may be: Powerpart damaged, wires to lift pump motor shortcut to +24V ("setpoint voltage" > "measured voltage" + 3V)
