Hi guys I wonder if anyone can help. I have a crown wave 50 in my work place and I just cannot get it to charge. When I plug the cable in it won't even go through the self charge Checks can't get no green amber or red light display is dead. I have just replaced the charger with a brand new charger and still nothing. Charger got 240v going in and can't get the 24v output. I checked the fuse on the front next to the plug in and all is good. Any advice would be appreciated

have you checked the 15amp transformer? it some times gets tripped its location is in the battery compartment.
It's definitely compatible for 240v ac I need. I'm on the second charger and can't get nothing from both 240v going in but no output and can't even get it to go through self test
If the batteries are dead or near dead, the charger will not start. Try either jumping the batteries or charging the batteries with an external charger until the voltage is around 24v then when you plug in the charger it should begin to charge.
Don't forget the charger will need to see a battery voltage close to 24 volts. The threshold is likely around 17. Not certain about that though.
I've found the charger connections at the batteries broken or corroded before. And also the plug insert wires disconnected behind fold down assy where you plug in
Are you sure it's not setup for 110 ac input?
