Bt Industries SPE125L:
Error code 28

I introduce the code and green key, error c28 appears.
when turning off using the red button on the keyboard, the green led remains on, it just turns off the display.
very hot ptc resistance.
there is no 24V power supply in the emergency button or in the coil of contactor k10
the curtis controller the error led does not indicate anything.
Does anyone have an idea what's going on?

After several tests and measurements, the problem was in the elevation controller (curtis). I turned off only the power part and the machine stopped having the problem of turning off and keeping the green led on and the PTC stopped heating.
Elevation motor was good because I had already tested it, as well as the emergency button.
