Yale Fault code 522655-0

The unit is equipped with 2.2 liter Mazda engine and a Impco Tier 3 fuel regulator. This code appears and the engine has low power when under a load, i.e., accelerating form a standstill, climbing a hill, working the hydraulics, etc. What does "short term closed loop correction bank 1 greater than NOR 35%" mean in laymen terms.
