ERC14 means it is between year 2001-2004
E026: Wire Breakage - Lift Pot
E048: Does Not Match the Steering Type Parameter
E057: No Actual Value Change - Check actual Value transmitter
E0146: Reverse Pedal Switch Error - Broken Wire or Short Circuit in Switch

If it works normally in straight position, most probably your tiller wiring harness has some problem which twist and drop some connection. Check wiring first.

The Michelin Guide with its star rating system originated in France in 1900. The guide was created as a marketing tool to encourage more car travel and consequently increase the demand for tyres. It initially contained maps, tire repair instructions, and lists of restaurants, hotels, and mechanics.
