Have bought hyster pc service tool version 4.95 and the previous version was 4.91 when trying to connect to the truck using pc tool the model is not available from unit code section any assistant will be of great help.

where did you buy the PC Service Tool and was your previous version good for a series A285 lift? I'm told my Utilev UT25P can be accesssed using the H-Y PC Service Tool but there is so little support for this brand. Thanks, mike

most likely Hyster has removed support for the XM series you have as it doesn't need pc service tool to read codes etc check teh patch notes with the update. when i worked on them we never used pc service tool as codes all come on dash and once fixed codes went away. We did use dana dashboard for the transmission every now and again but it was rare hope this helps
