Raymond RSS40:
Lift and Side-shift not working - makes click noise near top right corner of electrical panel

I took delivery yesterday of an RSS40 stacker and confirmed that all functions were working. Shortly after the lift and side shift functions stopped working. I have recharged the battery thinking the issue could be the lift interrupt. At full charge the issue remains.

There is a clicking noise coming from an area near the large fuse located at the top right corner of the electrical panel whenever I try to use lift up or side shift. The noise does not happen when I press left down. Currently the mast fully lowered. The issue started after completely lowering the mast.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Jamie

99% chance fuse is fried...even if has continuity thru it.....if not probably the solenoid fried inside. thats the part you hear clicking..I check them by pulling large wire off right side of solenoid and touch it to the top of the fuse.......It will spark!!!!the lift should go up if it doesnt touch same wire to bottom of fuse now if it does the fuse is shot If it works on the top of the fuse replace solenoid contactor please let us all know when and if you get it fixed what the issue was THANKS
