Hyster H2.50XM

Anyone had experience of re-sealing master cylinder on hyster?
My problem is very poor pedal. I have replaced both wheel cylinders, re-lined shoes, bled & adjusted up. Still same.
I have just picked up M/C seal kit, removed master cylinder and stripped.
It looks like someone else has been in and re-sealed recently.
What I am not sure about is the direction of seals.
On the first (outer) piston both seals are facing inwards as expected, but on the inner piston the seals dont look right, the bottom seal is facing bottom of cylinder, & top seal is facing outer piston.
I have re-built exactly same but still have poor pedal.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yeh, don't tell me, your pedal is **** poor and you just can't get any decent pressure at the wheel cylinders right?

Two things I've had to do in the past:

1 - stick a small drain tray under each wheel cylinder, slightly crack open your bleed screws (only slightly mind), make sure the reservoir is full to the brim and has the top off it, and then................................. go find something else to do for a few hours! Come back, nip ya bled screws up then try it.

Failing that:

2 - top up your reservoir, nip your bleed screws up and press the pedal as hard as ya can and wedge it in place like that overnight (extreme I know but it's worked for me - twice!)

I bought a small back-bleeder that clips onto the wheel cylinder bleed screws, sits in a gallon of brake fluid then pumps the fluid back up into the reservoir and that does the trick no problem. Like Kevin say's though, not worth the hassle factor of resealing them anymore, what's a seal kit - £30/£40? New master cylinder maybe £65/£75?
