Who carries this card for replacement? GE Models IC3645SR5W606F1
Just wanted to let you know what the problem was. Flight Systems had us change the setting on function 11 from 130 to 51 and the truck went full speed. The tech told me he wanted to to do some research and he would get back to me-which he never did.
I called Linde and they told me to stop **** around and get a controller from them. He guaranteed me that it would work as soon as we wired it up. Well it didn't. It worked exactly the same as the ones from Flight Systems. After 3 hours of checking this and that and making sure the functions were set properly he checked with some one else at Linde and they told him that some of these trucks will only run correctly if you set function 11 to 51. We did and the truck runs fine-just like the one from Flight Systems. Ship it.
Have the replacement controllers been programmed the same settings as the original controller, the controller that only drives slowly in reverse sounds like a controller fault, but the controller with the code 11 (usually start switch closed on power up) may happen if the controller type (Function 17) is set wrong
The code 16 has disappeared----for now. We have installed 2 controllers in this truck. They were both rebuilt units from Flight Systems. One of them throws a code -11 and we get no forward or reverse. Code 11 referes to a problem in the potentiometer circuit but we have tested them and all of the voltages are correct.
The other controller causes the truck to drive only in reverse and the truck will only go 5.3 MPH with the drive tires up in the air.
You will probably find that the problem is with the foot pedal circuit, for some reason a faulty pot or foot controller (usually the negative supply is missing) will cause a -16 code and it can also cause a -01 error code. Voltage at the controller from the foot pedal (P7) should be less than 4.2 volts and greater than 3.0 volts.

you use the handset on the pump control and traction control
and you need truckdoctor or the linde handset to work on the LLC
LLC- linde load control - the joystick interface
so you need both
not just truck doctor
Thanks Justin you are correct. It is an SX controller. I wasn't aware that you could use Truck Doctor to trouble shoot a 347 series Linde truck. Tell me more.
that shouldnt be an EV200LX although you do use the LX handset to program it
that is a GE SX (separately excited) 600A controller (by GE part#)
its transistorized not SCR
other than that do you have the original parameter list?
this is a beast of a truck for a non-linde tech
in addition to a GE handset and set and 12 pin SX cable
you need truck doctor or the comparable handset too
Email me if you need more info
Hi mate, cannot comment on the truck itself but as for the GE EV200 controllers, the code that is comming up intermittant as 16 as you probably already know is battery too high. You said that you have replaced 3 controllers, are you refering to the SCR panel itself or the logic card? The reason i ask is because i have had in the past with these types of cards where it does not hold the programmed information for a specific setting, in most cases is a card fault. However if you have replaced the card. To be fair sounds like bad supply wiring to the card itself, one more thing to check which u may have already done is check the pins for the logic card plug as they have a common problem with either being pushed back and not making a good connection, i would start with the main connector first.
