Crown RR5795S-45:
EVENT CODE 398

THIS IS A POT-4 OUT OF RANGE CODE
SHOULD TO BE ABLE TO LOOK IT AT (A2.3.6.2.)
I ENTERED AT SERVICE LEVEL-2 AND LEVEL-3 BUT ONLY ABLE TO GET TO (A2.3.5)
WILL NOT SCROLL UP TO (6). IS THIS LOCKED DOWN BY CROWN?

THE 398 CODE IS INTERMITTENT... BUT WANT TO CONFIRM BEFORE JUST THROWING A TILT POT IN THERE.

ANY INSIGHT APPRECIATED! THANKS!!!

It's all just nuts n' bolts.
Showing items 1 - 2 of 2 results.
Running V.18 now. I believe this is the most up to date!?!?

Anyway, I ended up going into features and disabled TPA, then saved. Then Enabled TPA (again) and saved. Now It will let me see A2.3.6.1 & 2
Don't know why it wouldn't before? Now, I can see 11.8 vdc supply and 0 vdc signal.
Thanks
