Does anybody know what error 3511 is please? Truck reportedly cutting out. Thanks

It can be software problem

Trucktype are LWE 160 Sn:................................ Year..............................
Software........................................
Truck start up display on and go directly down !!!! ore stay on
Lifting work !!!!!
Truck go out when try to drive and see directly code
