can you help me to fix this error code E069,,C096 ere 120 jungheinrich no drive and lift,,,thank you

Hi.
You have an issue with Lift / lower contacts. Errorcode is both are activated simultaneously. If it's a newer model, you have to replace complete tillerhead.
