When I turn the key on I get the battery light and the light next to it (it looks like an arrow going down into a liquid) on the dash. The engine does not turn over, no click at the starter. Battery is brand new. I nave not seen the red light to the left of the battery light before, and I can't tell exactly what it is warning me about. Any ideas?

I got it started, but I didn't do anything. I just went out one morning and it started. Sticking relay or something. Who knows.

Test voltages at the Ignition Switch wires.
You might have a bad Ignition Switch.
Start Relay might need to be replaced.
Neutral Start Switch might not be receiving voltage or it also might be defective.
