Crown 25RCTF-S:
Want to move but seems locked up?

Gents , I have this 25RCTF-s,,, When I would try to move Fwd or Rvs no clicking or movement of truck.... chked all switches under floor boards all good.... So I removed the plate behind mast to chk brake switches... I noticed that the insulation for both wires were peeled back then taped up. figured these were to brake switch ,, So I pulled tape off and jumped the 2 wires and now the truck clicks and wants to move but seam like brake or a locking mechanism is preventing it from moving? The brake rotors spin freely so it doesn't seem like that's stopping it ? is there another wheel locking device that is still engaged that is not releasing ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated , thanking you in advance..

You jumped the brake switch and the contactors pull in, both wheels spin freely? Follow the power circuit. Battery + through power fuses, power through contactor (s) that pull in for travel. Could also be the 1rec. To check that....unplug battery. Remove the power cable on the LH side. Plug in battery. Check voltage reading on both sides. Right side is battery voltage. Left side HAS to be exactly HALF battery volts. 36.2v - 18.1v (example)

Thanks Popeye for helping.
I only saw two wires running down the center and jumped those two. So there is a second brake switch ? Wires must be in there somewhere ? Also the brake rotors spin freely , do these switch lock up the motors and not the brake rotors ? Thank again for helping on this , George
