Clark CGP35H:
Actuator throttle not working and impossible to configure

Hi,
I'm new on this forum, I posted here because I'm stuck with a problem of electronic/software on my forklift.
One year ago I bought a used forklift because I was moving my business and I wanted a more modern that I have, so I bought a Clark CGP35H. It is used but in a good state and It was always driven in clean environments.
The CGP35H is one of the first Clark's forklifts with a hydrostatic pump (Sauer-Sundstrand series 90) and controlled by a calculator.
From the beginning, at some moments, the RPM felt down under the normal idle, the brakes was on and I wasn't able to travel. Either when I was lifting it didn't change the engine RPM.
I was suspecting that an actuator or sensor was sending incorrect values to the calculator at some moment; in consequence the calculator wasn't able to know what to do and felt down in an emergency mode. So, after checking fuse and cleaning wire connections, I tried to do a new setup of:
- The throttle pedal
- The brake pedal
- The lifting lever
- The throttle actuator
Nota: the setup of the actuator throttle was automated. The calculator was moving it and it set it up automatically.
Everything works well, I saved the new configuration but when I tried to start it, the throttle actuator didn't move in absolutely any situations (for example pushing on the throttle pedal or lifting do not increase the RPM). When I try to do a new automated setup of the throttle actuator I've the error code 000001 with the error message "lever rest is too high" (the translation is done from French and the French error message is probably a bad translation from English...). I try to decrease the rest lever position (and even increase) but I still have the same error message.
I'm lost and do not know what to do. The only solution I see is to open the throttle actuator to verify if it is not broken inside. Have you some advice?
Thanks in advance and I hope I'm enough clear.
