Yale M# MPW065SEN12T2748 S#A894N02082B - Battery Discharge Meter

Hello All, We have a customer that complains of low battery volts when it comes off the charger. My question is has anybody had problems with the OEM B.D.I. going weak or faulty. I have read some of the other forms on Crowns and BTs they seemed to have similar problems. I will be testing the Battery tomorrow. Thanks
