Keypad plugs in & you would then need to change parameter 39 to setting 4.

You also need to link out the key switch - there is a part number for the link I can get later & there is also a part number for the bung the covers the hole where the key switch was.

You then set the pin code in parameter 10 for the first driver profile.

You need to set parameter 5 for the auto time logout if the truck is left switched on unused. Factory setting is 20 minutes but we normally set these to 5.

You can if you want have up to 10 different pin codes each with a different driver speed / braking set up linked to there own pin code.

When you scroll through the parameters you will see a different number X - for each profile, X - 10 is the parameter for changing setting that profile pin code.
X - 5 is the parameter for that profiles log out timer.

Key switch - so yes change parameter 39 to setting 2 to lock out the parameters.

What configuration info do you need to know?

When the parameters are in an unlocked state its only the driver speed / braking settings that can be changed - the machine specific set up cannot be accessed / changed without a BT CAN key or BT Truck Com.

Thank you very much, it is very helpful.
The machine is a key switch, so that the parameter 39 will be 2.
Where can I get a configuration list of this machine?
Thank you very much.

You need to change the driver log on access parameter to an EVEN number to block any access in to the driver settings.

Its parameter 39 you need to change.

You will need a BT CAN service key or BT Truck Com software to do this.

How are you switching the truck on at the moment as there are several options - If its a key switch then change parameter 39 to 2.

If its the standard factory keypad then change parameter 39 to 4.

IMPORTANT if its keypad truck: A BT CAN key connected to the truck will bypass the keypad / start code - truck will start with just the green button.

Catches lots of people out when there programming / changing pin codes.
