codes 28-e1-68

having trouble finding information on this truck, we do not have the manuals for it.
does anyone have a description of these codes

28 = STEER SENSOR OUT OF RANGE
E1 = INCORRECT START PROCEDURE FOR THE ARM REST BOARD OR LEVERS
68 = SHORT IN SLAVE TPA
