having problems with electrical diag on 7.5 amp f3 and 15 amp fuse for trany declutch switch. has new trany harness, circuit board, shifter and dash harness. downloaded service manual and cant seem to find the short to ground any help will be appreciated serial #00w21p22-3311 lull844c-42
