Hyster E 2.50XM:
side shift lever

2007 Hyster electric E25Z when you use the side shift forks lever it acts like its out of adjustment the noise from the hydraulic motor keeps running you have to keep moving handle back and forth to make it stop making noise. All other levers act with one motion, and noise from hydraulic motor stops with each motion. No book or manual to see adjustments or where contacts are at. Any suggestions or pictures would be a help.

Remove the covers that are over the valve and linkage. You will see micro switches at the lower section of the linkage. adjust or replace the switch that is sticking. If the linkage is worn enough you may not be able to get the switch to adjust properly. You may need to replace some linkage components.
