fuel regulators toyota 8fgu30

after i have replaced the fuel regulator the on the unit is hard to start and it dose not want to idle under load

Does this have the GM Vortex engine or Toyota engine?

Make sure you coolant levels are up. you have to bleed the cooling system. 8mm bleeder on top of water pump
