vibration in the engine at certain RPM's

replaced timing belt made sure the timing marks were lined up correctly it is a mitsubishi 4G64

That has a counter balance shaft in the motor that is driven off the timing belt and the timing mark on that sprocket has to be lined up along with the crank and cam.
