KEYTROLLER On a Forklift

Anyone out in Forum Land have any experience with this system and how reliable are they?

Operators bypassed them and chased one another with the alarm blaring playing cops and robbers.Took them less time to bypass than to turn the key.We had to take them off after about 2 months and eat the cost to keep customer happy.Now I flat tell everyone to run from them.
I however am not a big fan of any aftermarket junk that upgrads forklifts.Name products withstanding IE Cascade ect.
