Crown sp3020

error 215-217 shows up on dash. things already replaced steer encoder and centered by handset still codes appear replaced k5 relay, same problem changed steer motor brushes same problem the only thing left is the controller. Has anyone come across this problem and how did you fix problem.

Thanks truck-tech I had a feeling it might be the module. I already had motor rebuilt.

If you have a sister truck,try swapping the Steer modules. If the problem is transferred to the other truck,then you'll know the module is bad. It could also be the motor itself. I had a similar problem,and it turned out to be the motor's armature windings internally shorted.
