Still R70-25:
EEPROM 93C46 broken - need help

Hello

I have Still R70-25 from 1996r.
I have short circuit on starting board. It is caused by EEPROM 93C46. Is there anyone who could help me and send program for this memory? I can pay for it if only someone want help me.
