How do you enter into superword? I can get into regular set up with cat1 password is this the same thing? We have the same forklift and the battery read low. Everything works except you cant raise forks up. It gives a warning of lift cutout.

I had a similar problem with my NRR40 only the battery had a full charge, the display showed %16. I tested all my voltage inputs and they were operating normal and seeing battery voltage. I read the comment here about putting the battery on the charger and reconnecting it as fast as I could. I couldn't believe it, but it worked! 100% on my display. Whoever you are, your awesome! I should mention I have lowered the sense voltage to the minimum of 56% attempting to get the display to read correctly. That did not work by itself, but with this method, gold.

The voltage readings are 36.80V I had a guy come in this morning to do gravity testing on the cells. He told me that the battery is only at 1/3 capacity. I am equalizeing the battery as we speak. He told me to keep on doing that for atlease 5 cycles. Does this sound correct?

What is the battery voltage?
If I'm not mistaken, that's the old quasi-raymond controls.
That BDI needs to see over a set voltage, before it resets to 100%. Try charging the batter again, and quickly shutting it off and plugging the battery into the unit.

The reset voltage is set as a percentage in the config menu. (80% is default I think)

If the battery is having issues, then you'll be hard pressed to get it out of lift cut-out.

it's a cat, Nrr40, that would/should be a "micro-command" controller... but a serial number might help some,
how do you -know- the "battery is fully charged"? taken voltage readings?...

Big Jim; what is "iches"? is that Wisconson (must be from the Milwaukee area) for "itches", down here in the the south, we "scratches our itches".... the only 'ich' I know of is German for "I",,, like JFK said "Ich been ein Berliner" (Ed's direct translation; I am a Boston cream donut) ;-)

The battery is charged. The display has a flashing wrench and is reads 0%. The truck moves forward and reverse, side shift, tilt, and reach. It won't go up. Could it be the display?

Is the battery itself not taking a charge? Check battery voltage.
Is the battery charged but the display on the truck remains at low percentage?
