Hyster R2.0:
TRACTION STALLED

i have new hyster reach truck with 2015 year year of manufacturing

displaying GET HOME anytime you switch on the ignition on the display.

presently,this truck cannot move fwd nor rev and even the hydraulic lever is so slow when is been operated.

can anyone help me out
