JLG 4394RT:
still having problem with a scissor lift that will not raise up or move fwd or rev.

Was reading in the manual it says there must be a preload when installing the rotary switch on the bladed pin bracket? how do you preload this switch? and if this switch is inop will it cause scissor lift not to raise or move?
