Cat Lift Trucks (& Caterpillar) GC45K-SWB:
Will not accelerate

The problem is it will start & run but will not accelerate. Tested step motor in the throttle body & it is ok. Took the step motor out of the throttle body & the throttle can be advanced manually - engine runs
fine. How do I solve this issue?
