Error Code 743

The Driver says this code comes up intermittently. Says display shows load 20 inches off floor when actually resting on floor.

Access 7 operates auxiliary functions, ecr5 is the primary height encoder, L/H side of carriage bottom, needs to b turned on/off in features menu if you have it fitted.
If you have an access 7 R/H side of carriage you will only see these menus if access 7 is enabled, I've replaced a faulty access 7 and the replacement 1 failed as well, so got another then had to sync with software, then check features etc.
