Discussion:
No Function when key set to RUN - Full Battery

We charged the Batterie for the lift last night. When finished I just checked the battery Display if it is full, all was fine. Full battery was displayed and the machien was ready to work.

Today I turn the key and no function at all anymore.
No light, no Sound, nothing happens. Not even a click from a Relais.

I checked voltage of Batterie: 49.8V idle
When I connect bat to charger, charger does not charge.

I checked with a multimeter the power in connectors without a battery connected. Result 100 kOhm with key in off Position and 200 Ohm with key in ON Position.

Any help is welcome.
Right now I wonder if the battery with load Drops voltage so that not even the electronics works. Is that possible?

Thanx for your help

I was wondering if the charger would start charging because of the low voltage, but I tried two charger and None of them even starts at all.

I will have to check the cells tomorrow.

Have you got a dead cell on the battery?

The voltage sounds low for a fully charged 48 volt battery.

A failed key switch or blown F60 fuse would stop the truck powering up but I would check the battery first.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
