Unicarriers (& Nissan) 1N1L15Q:
Problem at speeding up

Hello guys,

I've got problem with forklift 1N1L15Q, it don't start smoothly, I mean it tug at the start of speeding up. This tug is getting worse within time. There's no error codes on display. Maybe you had an accident smillar to it in this kind of forklifts. The main driver have integrated 2 motors and hydraulic pump control (Hitachi control) If you'd be able help me or to send me any manuals or any information about adjustment procedures it i'd be greatfull.

Regards,
Andrew

Only one i can think of off hand would be the acceleration rate.

Thank you for your reply.

For now , I've replaced for a while the main processor board (this one at the top of the controler) from other forklift and problem dissapeard. When I mount back old processor board the problem with speeding up comming back. Maybe there's a problem with settings on it? Do you have any ideas which wrong setting would make this kind of problem?

Regards,
Andrew

I would start by going into the diagnostic mode and looking at the accelerator pot voltages to see if it is smooth when pressing or depressing the pedal.
